Today am preparing SIMPLE CHIVDA as evening snack.

  1. 1 cup rice flakes(atukulu)
  2. 1tsp mustard,chana dal,putnala pappu,curry leaves,cashewnuts(optional),peanuts,raisins(optional)
  3. 1 Tsp oil
  4. salt,chilli pwdr,a pinch of sugar,turmeric


Heat oil add mustard,chana,putnala pappu,curry leaves,peanuts and fry for 2 minutes then add poha(atukulu) and fry till crisp .Now add salt,turmeric,sugar,chilli pwdr ,saute and turn off the stove.Colorful Chivda is ready!!!!!.Serve with tea.Its a very very simple snack when we face any unexpected guests at tea time,also u can enjoy this watching movies.This can be stored in a container for 1 week.
