Basmati Rice - 1 cup cooked Rajma(soaked in water overnight and boiled) - 1 cup Tomato -2 onions - 1 Chillies -2 Ginger,garlic paste-1/2tsp each Dhania,Elachi,Cloves,Cinnamon ,Bayleaves Red chilli powder Coriander leaves Salt to taste Method :
Put oil in a pan. Fry onion and chillies.Add ginger&garlic paste.then tomato. Add salt and garam masala powder.Add coriander,rajma and fry for sometime. And then add rice and cook for 5 mins . Delicious Rajma rice is ready.Serve with onion raitha.
