Dinner Mela:))

This is a very brief post about my WEEK`s Dinner Menu....Yes!!!i got a doubt, can i make different varieties of curries for the whole week...i then thought how it would be if i post whole weeks dinner menu ...am a bit excited then but thought can i make this coz am not the person of maintaining timetable kind of things...i will do wht i wish ..sometimes my dinner depends on my mood...but am sure i wont maintain the same phulka, roti ,dahi method(which is healthy). If i make roti today then am sure i will make pasta the other day and then goes to some junk food lk Bhel puri then comes with any south indian tiffin ........finaaly ends with Cheese Pizza....ofcourse the last day my hubby and me together feel tht we shouldn`t go for junk foods and prepares a Timetable for the week but forgets about tht from the otherday itself...
Am so happy tht i could post all my Week`s dinner menu and am sure tht we had tht in a healthy way ....using 1/2-1 tbsp of Oil for the whole dinner!!!:)).What i wish to say tht we controlled having high calorific food for dinner.
*** We enjoyed our weekend with typical South indian tiffin Pesarattu-Upma as our Dinner***

So here are my recipes:

Roti:
wheat flour - 2 cups
salt
warm water
Mix all the above and make a soft dough .Cover with a wet cloth and keep aside for 15 mins.Divide the dough into three-inch balls. Flatten the dough balls into 6-7 inch circles. make roti`s
i tried Asha of Foodies hope method for preparing roti and turned out well .
u can have a look at the recipe here.
